Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. SubyDriver.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. SubyDriver.com reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item and adjust your invoice accordingly. SubyDriver.com may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. Once you have placed an online, phone order, or other type of order with SubyDriver.com, you have entered in a contract to purchase and depending on the availability of your order the credit card will be charged immediately. Orders DO NOT always ship the same day. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. If you need priority delivery then please contact us by phone for immediate attention.

Shipping Procedures, Rates, & Tracking
Customers outside the U.S. will be notified of shipping adjustments prior to credit cards being processed. ***SubyDriver.com IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES FOR SHIPMENTS OUTSIDE THE U.S..*** We do not offer Free shipping to any countries outside the United States.
Free shipping is not included on special order wheels, body kits, and oversized shipments. ALL ITEMS LABELED "FREE SHIPPING" GET AUTOMATIC FREE GROUND SHIPPING TO THE LOWER 48 US STATES.
FREE SHIPPING DOES NOT APPLY TO 3-DAY OR 2-DAY AIR SHIPMENTS. CONTACT US FOR 2ND OR 3RD DAY AIR SHIPMENTS ON ITEMS LABELED FREE SHIPPING OR WE WILL ADJUST IT AUTOMATICALLY AFTER WE RECEIVE THE ORDER.
Ordering Procedure
When you order from us we put you in line to receive the product if it is not instock. Some specialty items, like JDM parts, may need to be ordered from overseas and can take 4-6 weeks for delivery. However if you order from us and a problem occurs, these are the steps to follow.
If you order a product that is NOT instock, your credit card will not be charged immediately. We will notify you the status of the order and the product availability. If you choose to cancel the order after the same day we received or not during business hours when the order has been processed, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.
If a product is ordered, delivered, and not wanted, the UNUSED item can be returned for a 35% restocking fee. Shipping is not refundable in either direction. All items wanting to be returned or that are damaged MUST be reported within 5 days of receiving the shipment to be considered. No items will be returnable after 30 days.
In the event that the product you ordered is sent either incorrectly or processed wrong by SubyDriver.com, we will accept the package back and reimburse you for the return shipping on your next order with us. We will evaluate the situation before we determine the shipment was incorrect.
Special Order Items & Cancellations
Cancellations
Upon cancellation there will be a 20% cancellation fee charged against the order, when possible, if the item has not already shipped. When you place an order online, or over the phone, we immediatly charge your credit card for varification. This charge costs us 3% of the sale amount. To credit your card, it costs us another 3%. The other 14% is to cover expenses and costs incurred while processing the order. If a special order has been placed the please see our cancellation and order policies below. Please do not place an order for fun. We take our business very seriously and try to provide you with the best service in the industry.
Special Order Cancellations
Special Order items consist of custom items, items not regularly carried in the ordinary course of Seller's business, items ordered to Buyer's non-standard and/or specific specifications, and the like. All Special Order items require a non-refundable 100% (one hundred percent) deposit. If there is a cancellation for any reason by Buyer, Buyer understands that the deposit is forfeited immediately to Seller. Seller shall not be liable for late shipments. Given shipping dates are approximate and are only estimates. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, reductions in price or other offsets as a result of a late shipment or failure to deliver in the estimated time of delivery. Special Order items may be subject to price increases incurred by Seller from manufacturer and/or distributor even after acceptance of Buyer's order. In such event, Buyer will be obligated to pay any price increase that may be charged by the Special Order item's manufacturer and/or distributor and Buyer will not be entitled to any refund or monies paid.
Returning a Product
To return an item back to us, please do the following:
Contact a SubyDriver.com Representative by phone or by email to receive a RMA number. All packages returned without a Returned Merchandise Authorization number will be refused.
Package the item up in original packaging unless deemed unuseable
Include the UNUSED parts and any additional information that was included
Include a copy of your receipt
Write a brief description of the problem with the product
We DO NOT accept any freight collect packages
Once we have received the above information we will notify you via email or phone and let you know the status.
Payment Terms
SubyDriver.com accepts all credit cards with appropriate billing and shipping addresses. SubyDriver.com also accepts Paypal.com (to Sales@SubyDriver.com), money orders, and wire transfers. All orders can be completed online if applicable or by phone at (631) 880-7244. All orders are to be paid in full at the time of purchase unless we contact you otherwise. Prices and shipping cost is subject to change anytime because of currency exchange rates.
Warranty
All products come with the warranty that is applied directly by the manufacturer. SubyDriver.com does not offer any of their own warranties and are not responsible for product failures or failures due to installation. If a product fails due to manufacturer defect please contact us for information on how to warranty the part through the manufacturer. SubyDriver.com is not responsible for any shipping charges for warranty items.
Disclaimer/Waiver
The Seller does engage in selling after-market items and the Buyer does understand the ramifications for having these performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. Seller shall not be held accountable for any legal fees or such in selling of said parts to Buyer. Seller shall not be held responsible or accountable for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts or the use thereof or for any fines that may be imposed on Buyer for the use or installation of such parts. Buyer understands fully that some parts sold by Seller may not comply with local, state or federal laws and Buyer will not hold Seller accountable in any shape of form, legal or implied therefore.
Seller is not, and shall not be held, liable or responsible for any installations, misuse of products or any defects/loss due to installation, or any damages or injuries as a result thereof or in connection therewith
All products are intended for race use only as suggested by the manufacturer and should be installed and set up by professional service centers ONLY.
